[horde] Cannot create new entry in Turba 4.0.1

Hi Ralf,

Thanks for your reply. Horde Prefs DB uses the same socket and it works
fine. I just cannot find any clues that need to this issue. I have
configured in PostgreSQL to allow local connection to the UNIX socket that
doesn't require the password. However, I still cannot create new entries in
Turba ... ><
