You should be able to easily reproduce the error. I created a new
user, transferred all data to the new account, and I was able to sync
everything just fine.

Then I went through my settings to make it as they was in the old
account. After this I was not able to sync anymore.
So I set all back and found that setting language and timezone to
Deutsch I was not able to sync anymore.

Please try to reproduce and if that is the thing it could be something to fix.
Or is that wanted?

Thank you,
Andreas
