[horde] activesync sent items unreadable in imp and how to set full name

This has been reported a few times already on the list. Can one of the  
posters please create a ticket for this?

I'm currently working on some related issues due to the client sending  
non-standard mime headers...mostly coming from (big surprise) iOS  
devices.
