[horde] PHP version via distribution package

While it is no "official support" statement: I've been testing H5 on  
SLES11SP2 (that's the current version) with php53 as distributed by  
SLES11SP2 without major difficulties. The only (PHP) problem I had was  
caused by a side-installation of PHP's apc module, probably caused by  
some PEAR dependency (or some "user at keyboard detected" error ;) ).
