I did a select * from horde_prefs where pref_name="sending_charset"; first and found sending_charset for users which haven't logged in since the migration to horde5. sending_charset wasn't set for me or the user who sends mail in iso8859 but I deleted the remainders anyway. Naturally in my case this didn't change anything.
