[horde] Issue with locate string "Other" / "Others"

It means that currently the six translations mentioned above are  
up-to-date (when it comes to this) and that the remaining ones need to  
be updated. Usually translations will lag the release of a new version  
for a while, since not all translators use the development releases (I  
use feedback from my users on my production system for instance, to  
fix/update the Dutch translation). See

highly appreciated if you fix a translation to post a download link on  
'i18n at lists.horde.org' so that it can be integrated in future  
releases. After submission, the changes will usually be included  
within days and be available the next time a component is released.
