[horde] DB schema is out of date question

Administration/Configuration

For all apps H says:
Database: DB schema is out of date.

Ran "Update all DB schemas"

But they are all already up-to-date, confirmed by the pgsql log, and all
apps seems to work fine.

So where could this problem come from? What information does Horde use
to figure out if the DB needs updating?

Horde 5.0.3, all apps latest release.
Postgres 9.1.7
PHP 5.4.11
