Sorry, I had understood this (from reading the wiki), my point was  
that this behaviour (whilst being technically correct) is  
counter-intuitive to the user.  The intuitive behaviour can be  
synthesized by the setting of a trash folder.  I've updated the wiki  
to reflect.
