[horde] install wicked from git

Follow the instructions at http://www.horde.org/development/git for anonymous git access, you may need to install git to do so. 

Once you have a local copy of the git repository, you can copy the wicked directory into your horde root, and activate as per normal in Horde configuration interface. 

It works fine btw, I am using wicked from git with 5.0.3.
