[horde] Nag ActiveSync not honouring timezone

H5.0.4, Nag 4.0.2

I create a reminder in iOS, with a reminder set for tomorrow 1pm. Syncs to
Nag for 3am tomorrow (we are in UTC +10), then syncs back to other
ActiveSync'ed devices for 3am.

Should I log a bug ticket?
