[horde] language and timezone user pref

Don't know if posting attachments to the list works, if it does you find 
a screenshot attached, so you see how it looks like. Last possibility 
seems to be a new installation on a separate machine (which I really 
like to avoid) then copy over DB and local prefs and see what happens. 
If there is anything else I could try to track down the issue, please 
let me know.

My current system:
Horde 5.0.4 (pear-updated today), Debian squeeze, Apache 
2.2.16-6+squeeze10, mod_fcgid 2.3.6-1+squeeze1, apache2-suexec 
2.2.16-6+squeeze10, php5-cgi 5.3.3-7+squeeze14, php5-xcache 1.3.0-7, 
mysql 5.1.66-0+squeeze1
