[horde] Kronolith creates two attachments in a meeting invite

IMP is designed to handle this email as targeted at kronolith, so to  
speak - it takes the ics part and generates the neccessary UI elements  
to handle the event. So the other elements are hidden from the user.

IMO it is the MUA's decision what to show and what not - so I wouldn't  
call Apple Mail "broken" because of this behavior.
