the first steps would be to identify the actual problem source by
checking the information flow:
- do you see corresponding requests in the (httpd) server logs?
I assume that the problem is with the httpd server, but just in case:
- if the request shows in the httpd log, is there anything in Horde's
log file?
- if you see the request(s) in the httpd logs but no hint in the Horde
log, you should turn on ActiveSync logging and check for errors there
