[horde] ActiveSync not syncing all calendar entries on Android 4.0

This is a perfectly normal REQUEST from the client to the server. What  
we need to debug what is going on is the RESPONSE from the server to  
the client. These would start with "O" and should immediately follow  
this in the log.
