Another detail we just discovered: Whenever /usr/bin/horde-alarms is
invoked, the log shows:
[kronolith] PHP ERROR: unserialize(): Error at offset 38 of 79 bytes
[pid 25475 on line 136 of "/var/www/horde4/kronolith/lib/Event/Sql.php"]
