[horde] ActiveSync 2.2.1 won't sync any new event

If I upgrade to ActiveSync 2.2.1, adding new events on an iPhone will  
never sync to Horde/Kronolith and vice versa:  items added to Horde  
never show up on the iPhone/iPad.  Reverting to ActiveSync 2.2.0 fixes  
this problem.  When I revert, the items that were added on the  
iPhone/iPad get removed.

Not sure if others are seeing this and thus I don't know what data I  
should provide.  All other modules are up to date.
