[horde] ActiveSync with Kronolith isn't working after upgrading

Thanks - your initial question made me check the version of the FreeBSD port 
pear Horde modules against the latest on the pear Horde Channel and a number 
are out of date.

I've upgraded all modules directly, done some testing and ActiveSync is now 
working perfectly - many thanks. I'll let the port's maintainer know.
