[horde] Fwd: User is not authorized for horde

I always get this system log message (HORDE: User is not authorized for
horde [pid xxxx on line 267 of "/usr/share/pear/Horde/Registry.php"]) when
I visitting the admin page (for example: mydomain.com/horde/admin/config/).
I also cannot login to mailbox with any account. However, I am a new user
on Horde and just install it. Is it missing some package?

What is this problem? How to fix?
