[horde] horde portal + passwd

HI           

I have a brand new horde install (my old server got hacked).

2 Problems: 

1.)    My users cannot select their initial app in the setup, because the
list is empty. What's wrong here?

2.)    There is no passwd for this version of horde - at least pear installs
says that. When can we 

Expect a version of passwd for this horde? My users complain nearly every
day . (I posted this already in the sork list, but it seems this list is
dead).
