[horde] backup data of single user in H5

Hi,

is there a way to backup the user-specific data of one specific user
into a file or somewhere else? And is it possible to restore this data,
if required?

My data is storred in a Postgres DB and there are all currently
available applications for H5 and SyncML and ActiveSync clients. I tried
to adopt my scripts from Horde3, but the database structure became quite
complex in Horde5.
