Can you describe what the issue was and how you fixed it? This should

Do you have a link to this information? I have not heard this.

Not 100% true. "Not Provisioned" simply means that the provisioning  
process has not occurred. This means that enforcement of any  
ActiveSync security policies you may have enabled in the permissions  
interface will not take place. It also means that remote wiping of the  
device in case it is lost will not be possible.

It's also possible you have not enabled provisioning in the  
permissions interface. In this case, no devices will be provisioned.
