[horde] Problem with installing Horde

Thanks Michael.  I believe CLI SAPI comes standard with PHP v 5 and 
higher.  I am running 5.4.  Is there any way to confirm whether CLI SAPI 
is enabled?

One other possibility, I read somewhere about not using Fast CGI. Any ideas?
