[horde] Problem with installing Horde

Thanks Michael.  Unfortunately, justhost will not provide a CLI version 
of PHP.  I have looked around for ways to manually set the configuration 
parameter that pear run-scripts horde/horde_role sets, but with no luck. 
I'm kind of stuck at this point, and am thinking of moving on to other 
Calendar Server options beyond Kronolith. If there's anything I am 
missing, I'd appreciate the help!
