[horde] Using Activesync for Horde Calendar not working

Which Simon?  My errors are almost all user errors.  Simon Wilson is
the one who finds the bugs.

In my case, my username is username at example.com and this has to be
entered a \username at example.com - although Michael assures me that the
\ shouldn't matter.
