OK, 5.0.4 seems to do it in the correct way. The EXDATE entries are a
bit different:

EXDATE;VALUE=DATE:20130424

For the records: This is what we got with 4.0.8:
EXDATE:20130410T220000Z

Looks like we should consider an update...
