Interesting, I didn't purposely install Horde 4.  That is what got 
installed when I followed the documentation.  Now is there an easy way 
to upgrade?  Reading the upgrade guide 
http://www.horde.org/apps/horde/docs/UPGRADING#upgrading-horde-from-4-x-to-5-x, 
shows I need to run the upgrade command.  Strangely enough, it keeps 
saying the release I have installed is the latest.  Here's the full log:
