[horde] 404 File Not Found while using resetpassword

I'm trying to reset user password. At horde 5.0.4 login page I click
"Forgot your password?". I see form "Reset your password" with Username
and Alternate email address. I fill the fields and click "Continue". I
get "404 File Not Found". The not found URL is
https://horde-5.example.com/resetpassword.php
<https://horde-5.us.edu.pl/resetpassword.php> - not
https://horde-5.example.com/services/resetpassword.php .
<https://horde-5.us.edu.pl/resetpassword.php>

All other parts of webmail work correctly so I assume it's not a
configuration issue. Am I missing something or is it a bug?
