# pear upgrade -a -B -c horde
horde/horde is already installed and is the same as the released version 5.0.4
horde/horde_rpc is already installed and is the same as the released  
version 2.0.5
horde/mnemo is already installed and is the same as the released version 4.0.3
horde/horde_activesync is already installed and is the same as the  
released version 2.3.6
horde/turba is already installed and is the same as the released version 4.0.3
horde/horde_core is already installed and is the same as the released  
version 2.4.3
horde/kronolith is already installed and is the same as the released  
version 4.0.4
horde/nag is already installed and is the same as the released version 4.0.2
upgrade failed
