[horde] Active Sync: Calendar is not synced with android devices

I found a solution for this problem:
It's correct that at least some Android devices are not requesting calendar 
data. This seems to be a bug in the their exchange account routines. So it's 
not a Horde problem.

To get it running you have to set the email check frequency to "PUSH" even if 
you are not syncing email data at all. After setting up an account this way, 
the calendar is shown and synced!
