I'm still lost.. My configuratrion screen doesn't mention DAV oder
horde_dav... (except for the new tab in the horde configuration screen.)
There i've choosen to use sql with horde defaults. I set this on first
config run.
Looks like this table have never has been created in the first place,
or am i misunderstanding something important?
