[horde] activesync with backberry

I just tried with the simulator and everything "just worked".  Unfortunately,
I won't have the chance to try with a real device again for a couple of
weeks.

I was having some unrelated problems with Horde the other day, and now I'm
thinking that is probably why I couldn't get it to work on the real device. 
I'll try and update this thread again when I get to try on the real device.
