[horde] Upgrade to Ubuntu 13.04 Server -Horde 5.0.4

Hi

Just finished upgrading to Ubuntu server 13.04 but when trying to access 
Horde get the following error in the apache logs:

[Thu May 23 17:04:51 2013] [error] [client 192.168.2.2] SoftException in 
Application.cpp:249: File "/var/www/horde/index.php" is writeable by group
[Thu May 23 17:04:51 2013] [error] [client 192.168.2.2] Premature end of 
script headers: index.php

Any ideas?  I re-chowned ownership to www-data but that didn't make a 
difference.
