[horde] Only email syncing from Horde 5.0.4 using Activesync

All fixed.  I checked the default calendar and, despite the fact that my
calendar was already selected, I resaved it.  I also resaved the "other
calendars" to sync as none, reset the device and now everything is now
syncing correctly.
