[horde] Horde Weather: Error, unable to decode response.

Hi,

since latest updates the Weather Block shows

Error, unable to decode response.

I didnt change anything in the configuration, API key, etc meanwhile.

I didnt find anything in the list, has this been discussed or is this new?
How to solve?
