[horde] Caldav / Carddav and IOS

My horde Caldav still works erratically. I had to disable the URL Rewrite
Option in Horde, otherwise Caldav without SSL didn´t work (the root
directory of the DAV Server worked, every Subdirectory brought a 404). With
SSL it worked. After turning rewrite off I can browse the DAV Tree without
SSL. Now the Account URL works in emClient with or without SSL insofar as it
can list the different calendars. Syncing the calendars does not work. The
error reads

Using individual Calendars URL works and synchronises the events.

In iOS I cannot use the account URL. When trying without SSL I get an
"Account could not be verified". Same errors with individual Calendar URLS.
