[horde] Caldav / Carddav and IOS

I tried that one as well. I think that somehow the URL generation is borked
with my horde installation (emClient reads the calender list, the tasks list
 and the contacts but can´t sync anything, when opening the calender
directory with a web client all events show up as ics all right). Turning
off caching in horde, which in the past sometimes solved weird problems did
not help. I have no idea where to look for the error as there are no
meaningful error messages anywhere to be found.
