[horde] CalDAV + IMP Authentication issues (or how to disable list capability for imp authentication driver?)

Why? Set the value of 'hordeauth' to true in whatever backend you're  
using in IMP and it will use the same credentials used for logging  
into Horde for the IMAP connection used by IMP.
