This is the access log, I'd need to see the sync log to attempt any help.

Hi Mike,

I have configured to collect activesync logs, touched the file but not able
to see any logs, is there any other way to get it or am I missing something.

$conf['activesync']['outlookdiscovery'] = true;
$conf['activesync']['logging']['path'] = '/var/log/activesync.log';
$conf['activesync']['logging']['type'] = 'custom';
