[horde] Horde/groupware install error

Hello,

im getting this error when running  groupware-install command


Creating and updating database tables...

The Content_Tagger class could not be found. Make sure the Content

im kinda new to this but im guessing Content application is the same as this

pear install -a -B horde/Content
horde/Content is already installed and is the same as the released version
2.0.2
install failed


as you can see it says its installed 
what i done that might have something todo with this error is that i
uninstalled horde/webmail that was in conflict with groupware


any ideas :) ?
