[horde] Login screen now hides the mode input

Hello

I upgraded horde 5.0.5 to 5.1.0... As I do not longer see the mode  
input in the login screen I read pear/docs/horde/CHANGES that says :
"Login screen now hides the mode input if javascript is not available,  
as minimal view is the only supported mode (Request #12093).". So I  
checked that javascript is available in my chrome navigator and it is.

Any help would be very appreciated.
