[horde] Unable to install webmail

pear upgrade -a  horde/groupware
Nothing to upgrade

this is what i have done

1. pear install -a -B horde/groupware
that installed groupware and horde
then i followed the installation guide from horde's site
wich tells me to use

pear install -a -B horde/webmail

and that gives me the error

  pear install -a -B horde/webmail
horde/groupware conflicts with package "horde/webmail", downloaded 
version is 5.1.0
horde/webmail cannot be installed, conflicts with installed packages
No valid packages found
install failed


i googled the error but not even the almighty google could find me an 
answer ;)
