[horde] Questions regarding CalDav

[Nobody is Perfekt]

As Thunderbird extension, i use Lighning.
Add a network calender with the URL provided on Horde (Webdav/ICS) and 
that is all :-)
Tested with Horde Webmail Edition 5.0.5
