[horde] How to configure DAV storage backend?

I have been alpha testing the latest "debian installed" (from Debian
unstable) Horde groupware webmail and just ran into a problem. I
suspect the issue is a version mismatch between Horde-core and Kronolith
& Nag, but I want to confirm before waiting for Debian packaging for
Horde-core 5.1...

My initial install (a couple of months ago) for Horde Groupware Webmail
5.04/kronolith 4.04/Nag 4.0.4 went smoothly. My initial testing went
well too. I was able to create calendars, events and task lists with no
problem.

Since that time Kronolith and Nag have upgraded in Debian a couple of
times, the latest was to 4.1.1 & 4.1.0 respectively which I installed
this past weekend. Horde core in Debian is still 5.04.

At some point over the past week I started seeing the following problem
behavior:

- an alert "A storage backend for DAV has not been configured" in the
bottom right of the screen when I bring up kronolith.

- I can not create a new calendar entry. When I try I get an alert
"Error when communicating with the server."

- I can add a new task to Nag, but when I try to edit a task list I
created a month ago I get this on the web display

A fatal error has occurred

A storage backend for DAV has not been configured.

1. Nag_Form_EditTaskList->__construct()
/usr/share/horde/nag/tasklists/edit.php:31
2. Horde_Injector->getInstance()
/usr/share/horde/nag/lib/Form/EditTaskList.php:102
3. Horde_Injector->createInstance() /usr/share/php/Horde/Injector.php:247
4. Horde_Injector_Binder_Factory->create()
/usr/share/php/Horde/Injector.php:213
5. Horde_Core_Factory_DavStorage->create()
/usr/share/php/Horde/Injector/Binder/Factory.php:111

The Horde log showed this at the same time...I am not sure the second
log line is related to this issue, but I include it for completeness.

2013-07-08T14:43:37.362189-05:00 yorick HORDE: [nag] A storage backend
for DAV has not been configured. [pid 16120 on line 38 of
"/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Factory/DavStorage.php"]
2013-07-08T14:43:37.698035-05:00 yorick HORDE: User is not authorized
for horde [pid 16120 on line 267 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Registry.php"]

- I can also edit individual address book entries...but when I try to
edit the address book itself I get this on the web page

A fatal error has occurred

A storage backend for DAV has not been configured.

1. Turba_Form_EditAddressBook->__construct()
/usr/share/horde/turba/addressbooks/edit.php:35
2. Horde_Injector->getInstance()
/usr/share/horde/turba/lib/Form/EditAddressBook.php:77
3. Horde_Injector->createInstance() /usr/share/php/Horde/Injector.php:247
4. Horde_Injector_Binder_Factory->create()
/usr/share/php/Horde/Injector.php:213
5. Horde_Core_Factory_DavStorage->create()
/usr/share/php/Horde/Injector/Binder/Factory.php:111

and this in the Horde log...again, the second log line is possibly not
related, but included for completeness.

2013-07-08T14:45:30.961545-05:00 yorick HORDE: [turba] A storage backend
for DAV has not been configured. [pid 16120 on line 38 of
"/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Factory/DavStorage.php"]
2013-07-08T14:45:31.314774-05:00 yorick HORDE: User is not authorized
for horde [pid 16120 on line 267 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Registry.php"]

So can someone confirm these issues are likely the result of Horde core
still at 5.04 while Kronolith & Nag have moved on to 4.1.1 & 4.1.0
respectively?

Thanks for all your work on Horde.
