[horde] Kronolith 4.1.1 (Horde 5.1.1) slow displaying of remote google calendars

Hi.

Lately upgraded to Horde 5.1 from 5.0, and ever since, event displaying
from my few remote calendars (google https URLs) has become very slow.
The events eventually show up, but it takes minutes.

`strace`ing the apache process shows a very large number of https calls
are made to the google servers, DEBUG log gives:

If I add a 'return false;' at the very beginning of
kronolith/lib/Driver/Ical.php::isCalDAV(), everything is quick again,
no event missing nor trouble whatsoever.

So I guess Kronolith mistakenly believes that the Google calendars are
supporting WebDAV, but they're not.  FYT, my subscription URLS look like:

https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX%40group.calendar.google.com/private-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/basic.ics


Should I file a bug, and if so, is there more info you'd like included?
