[horde] Horde 5.1.1 problems with ActiveSync on Android

No worries, it wasn't taken that way :)

I was just stating that activesync requires UTF-8 data and that the  
code is *supposed* to covert as needed, though it is possible that  
there is something broken somewhere that this isn't happening.
