[horde] Class 'Horde_Editor_Ckeditor' not found

Hi folks - 

Thanks for the quick response on the problems with webmail-install; I've been successfully able to run at script and have tried to access my instance.  Unfortunately, I am greeted by a blank browser window and the following error in my web server error log:

PHP message: PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Horde_Editor_Ckeditor' not found in /usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Editor/Ckeditor.php on line 16" while reading response header from upstream, client: [redacted], server: [redacted], request: "GET / HTTP/1.1",

Poking around in the pear directory reveals the following:

[redacted]:/usr/share/php$ grep -r Horde_Editor_Ckeditor *
Horde/Core/Editor/Ckeditor.php:class Horde_Core_Editor_Ckeditor extends Horde_Editor_Ckeditor
[redacted]:/usr/share/php$ 

Is there some additional package I'm missing, or a version that needs upgrading?  As before, I've included a list of installed packages from pear.horde.org below.
