[horde] webmail-install: Call to undeclared method

As I understand it the 2.1.5 was supposed to solve the problem. Is it just
my installation with some remnant upgrade script and if yes how can I update
the database without the error appearing? A pear install -f of Horde_History
did not solve the problem:
