[horde] Nag ignores Rewrite or Get-based URLs

are there any hints in the Apache error files? 500s usually are  
accompanied by some message there, as it is an internal error. If  
nothing can be found there, you might want to check the Horde log  
file, too - maybe the 500 is caused & reported by PHP code, making  
Apache just the messenger.
