[horde] Ansel redirect page

Hi,

maybe this has been covered already?

I just installed Ansel 3 via pear but when I go to Ansel it says

Diese Seite weist eine Weiterleitung auf (Redirect page?) and nothing more
happens.

Nothing get into the log.

Can you pls guide me in the right direction?
