[horde] Error connecting to smtp server

Hi,

I encounter the same issue in failing sending email after upgrading to imp 6.1.4.

I try installing (since upgrading to 6.1.4 does not install the package)
pear install horde/Horde_Smtp

and then in horde debugging message, I got
